NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISPLAY AND COMMENT

COUNTY OF WASHINGTON FY 2021 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)

In accordance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, P.L. 101-625, the County of Washington has prepared its Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a requirement for direct assistance under certain U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs.  This report describes the level of housing assistance and other community development activities provided to low- and moderate-income persons and households through various federal funding programs during FY 2021 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022).

The County of Washington FY 2021 CAPER will be available for review until September 26, 2022.  Written comments on the County of Washington FY 2021 CAPER will be considered until September 26, 2022.  Written comments should be addressed to Brenda Williamson, Community Development Senior Director, Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 603, Washington, PA 15301 or brenda.williamson@racw.net.  The County of Washington intends to submit the FY 2021 CAPER to HUD on or before September 28, 2022.
