COUNTY OF WASHINGTON FY 2019 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
2019 Draft CAPER Report
In accordance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, P.L. 101-625, the County of Washington has prepared its Fiscal Year 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a requirement for direct assistance under certain U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs. This report describes the level of housing assistance and other community development activities provided to low- and moderate-income persons and households through various federal funding programs during FY 2019 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020).
Copies of the County of Washington FY 2019 CAPER will be available for review online at www.racw.net from September 9-23, 2020. Copies of the document will also be e-mailed or mailed upon request by contacting Brenda Williamson at 724-228-6875 Ext. 219 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Information may also be provided in an alternative format for limited English-speaking persons and persons with disabilities by contacting the County as indicated above.
The County will hold a virtual public hearing on September 17, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. The purpose of the public hearing will be to obtain citizens comments on the CAPER document. All comments will be incorporated into the final CAPER document. Written comments on the County of Washington FY 2019 CAPER will be considered until September 23, 2020. The County of Washington intends to submit the FY 2019 CAPER to HUD on or before September 28, 2020.
