Donora Industrial Park
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington has prime land for sale for industrial or commercial use. This level, 11-acre site is located within the Donora Industrial Park and adjacent to the Donora central business district. It is served by a new limited access road which borders the property on two sides, providing immediate access to I-70 and other major highways serving the Mid Mon Valley region. All major utilities serve the site as well as rail service and immediate access to the Monongahela River. This site is also located in an Enterprise Zone, with Washington County, Donora Borough and Ringgold School District offering a full, five-year tax abatement on new construction. This site has been completely environmentally remediated and has achieved a release of liability in accordance with Pennsylvania Act 2.
California Technology Park
Nestled in the rolling hills of Southwestern Pennsylvania, California Technology Park is a 120 acre business park providing a strategic business location within the northeast business corridor. It is conveniently located at the California exit of the Mon Fayette Expressway, only five minutes from Interstate 70 and approximately one hour from Pittsburgh International Airport.
California Technology Park provides commercial and industrial businesses with pad ready sites serviced by a paved access road, underground utilities installed at the curb, fiber optics and digital switching. California Technology Park also provides an attractive financial incentive package that includes: five-year real estate tax abatement, low land costs, and financial assistance programs.
California Technology Park currently offers three development parcels ranging from five acres to sixteen and one-half acres.
Skypointe at the Washington County Airport
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) will develop infrastructure and make pad-ready approximately 350 acres north of the airport runway for commercial, industrial and aviation related businesses. Numerous studies conducted by the Washington County Economic Development Partnership over the past decade have identified the Airport area as a prime economic generator for Washington County . RACW’s goal is to be a catalyst in developing the area surrounding one of Washington County ’s greatest assets.
