Basic Eligibility Requirements:
*Annual income may not exceed 60% of the median income for the Pittsburgh MSA as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- Family of 1 – $42,180
- Family of 2 – $48,240
*Persons must be at least 62 years of age.
All eligibility requirements, including requirements not listed but included in the resident selection plan, must be met prior to residency.
