Claysville Patio Homes is a complex with 13 units located on School Street in the Borough of Claysville for persons 55 years of age or older.  Each unit consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room, step-in shower in bathroom, front porch, rear patio, and storage shed.

 

 

 

 

 

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

Annual income may not exceed $66,400, which is 80% of the median come for the Pittsburgh MSA as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Persons must be at least 55 years of age.

All eligibility requirements, including requirements not listed but included in the Resident Selection Plan, must be met prior to residency.
