Washington County Consolidated Plan
Each year, Washington County receives federal grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs. HUD requires the County to prepare a Consolidated Plan (CP) to guide the investment of CDBG, HOME and ESG grant funds to address the County’s housing, community development and economic development needs over the next five years. This CP covers the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2029.
