Washington County Local Share Account (LSA) Program

 

The 2026 Local Share Account (LSA) Information can be accessed by clicking the links below.  All requests for 2026 LSA funds are due to the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.  The Redevelopment Authority administers the LSA Program on behalf of the County.  Please contact the Redevelopment Authority office with any questions at 724-228-6875 or redevelopment@racw.net.

The Redevelopment Authority on behalf of the County will hold informational public workshops to review the application requirements and to answer questions relative to the 2026 LSA process. All interested applicants are invited to attend.  

The workshops will be conducted virtually through a GoTo Meeting platform.  The dates and instructions to join the meetings are below.
