REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS


RFP #717 California Recreation Improvements Project No. CD 21-02

RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms in support of Washington County’s Community Development Block Grant Program. RACW intends to select a firm to provide engineering services for the California Recreation Improvements Project No. CD 21-02. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #717. The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:30 P.M., prevailing time, on January 26, 2022.

Each proposal will be rated and ranked in accordance with the following criteria:

  • Qualifications and Experience of Project Engineer and Technical Staff — 85 points
  • Compensation — 10 points
  • Participation by Small Business Firm, Minority Owned Enterprise or Women Owned Enterprise  — 6 points
  • Total Possible Points –101 points

RFP #715 Crest Avenue and Canon Apartments Roof Replacement Project

RACW seeks proposals from qualified architectural firms in support of the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund to provide services for the Crest Avenue and Canon Apartments Roof Replacement Project in Charleroi and Canonsburg Boroughs.  The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #715.  A copy of this document may be obtained from the RACW, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 603, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 or by calling 724-228‑6875.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD ON DECEMBER 21, 2021 AT 10:00 A.M. AT CANON APARTMENTS AND 1:00 P.M. AT CREST AVENUE APARTMENTS.
