RFQs – Request for Qualifications

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington seeks qualifications from consulting firms that have the ability to perform environmental assessments and other work associated with the clean-up of brownfields through the “Washington County Brownfield Program.”  The information regarding the qualifications being sought by the Redevelopment Authority is identified in RFQ #726.  A copy of this document may be obtained by emailing redevelopment@racw.net or by calling (724) 228-6875.

 

The deadline for submission of qualifications is 4:30 P.M., prevailing time, on September 23, 2022.  Each submission of qualifications will be ranked in accordance with the following criteria:

 

Qualifications of Firm and Personnel – 40 Points

Experience of Firm and Personnel – 60 Points

Disadvantaged, Minority-owned, Women-owned Business Enterprise – 6 Points
